Hello and welcome to Boss Glam Boutique! I’m Yesenia, a passionate 28-year-old Latina entrepreneur with a deep love for all things beauty. As the founder and CEO, I am thrilled to share our curated collection of cosmetics, eyelashes, beauty supplies, and branded apparel with you.

My journey into the world of beauty began with a dream to create high-quality, accessible products that celebrate individuality and empower confidence. With a background in sales, retail and business, I combined my expertise with my fervent passion to establish Boss Glam Boutique.

What makes our story even more special is that Boss Glam Boutique is a family affair. I run the business alongside my supportive husband and family , making it a true labor of love. Every product we offer reflects our commitment to excellence and our belief in the transformative power of beauty.
